Ticket sales cover less than 50% of the cost of producing live professional opera. Donations from our individual and corporate members make it possible for us to bring quality opera productions and events to mid-Vermont. We are grateful for the support of our members, sponsors, donors and the business community.


2012 Individual Membership Levels

The Opera Company of Middlebury is an independent organization solely responsible for its own fundraising and budget. OCM is a resident company of the Town Hall Theater and receives no financial support from the Theater.

Chorus ($250-$499)

  • An additional complimentary ticket (for a total of two) to any OCM performance

Diva ($1,000-$2,499)

  • Two additional complimentary tickets (for a total of four) to any OCM performance
  • Invitation to a special appreciation event

Impresario ($2,500-$4,999)

  • One season ticket to The Met: Live in HD performances
  • Two tickets to “Meet the Singers”
  • Plus benefits listed above

Angel ($5,000 and up)

  • A salute from the stage
  • One additional season ticket (for a total of 2) to The Met: Live in HD performances
  • Plus benefits listed above

NOTE: Many companies have a Matching Gift Program which will increase the impact of donations made by their employees to qualified non-profit organizations. The Opera Company of Middlebury’s corporate members provide an important source of operating revenue. Your generosity ensures that all Vermonters will have an opportunity to enjoy top quality opera performances. This is a year-long program with recognition at all OCM productions, including our Metropolitan Opera High Definition simulcasts commencing January, 2012.

Corporate Donor ($250-$499)

  • Quarter page ad in our playbill
  • Business listing in the OCM playbill with company logo
  • Recognition at over twelve The Met: Live in HD performances at the Town Hall Theater
  • Listing on the OCM website with a link to your business

Corporate Soloist ($500-$999)

  • Upgrade to a half page ad in our playbill
  • Two complimentary tickets to any OCM performance

Corporate Sponsor ($1,000-$1,499)

  • Upgrade to a full page ad in our playbill

Corporate Underwriter ($1,500-$2,999)

  • Sponsor for one performance with display of your company banner or poster at the performance
